Mount Mellick rocks. It’s the topsiest turviest place ever. Well not ever. But close enough.

Nope. It’s just Laois County Council trying to fuck with people’s heads.
Joe is nearly right.
It means that if you are overtaking a car doing 80, you musn’t go faster than 60.
It makes perfect sense really.
Having previously lived near this area I can tell you that these signs are a source of great amusement for the locals. Well, there’s fuck all else going on in Mountmellick…
