It’s strange…

I got an e-mail from the Abbey Theatre’s press department asking me if I’d consider blogging this trailer. Normally I don’t do that kind of thing at all, they’ve never mailed me before about anything. Granted I will talk about things I’m excited about personally and review things I’ve seen but cold calls like that? Usually not.

However.

This looks like a custom made movie trailer for the web for a new play and I’d love to think it means they’re trying to market themselves virally and through blogs, something not traditionally done in the theatre world.

And it does look very cool… Will head and let you know what I think…
