This is down by Blackrock DART station, on a hoarding owned by a construction company. There are thanks to them written there so I can only presume this is done with their blessing and fair play to them if that’s so…

  2. my stepson was hired by his junior high school to paint such a ‘tag’ on the hoarding when the school underwent renovations. i guess they figured since he was marking up the washroom stall walls, he might as well put his art to good use.
