This should have been brilliant. Classic play, two heavyweights, smart director. He fluffs it. Never liked the ending anyway. But worth it for the performances.

Utter nonsenseology, but brilliant nonsenseology. Scream queens, guns, explosions, body parts being ripped off and zombies, zombies, zombies! Possibly the best film Rodruigez has made.

Thankfully not a huge amount about Joy Division in here. Ian Curtis turns out to be a wanker. Harrowing but totally engrossing. 

Boy fancies girl, boy goes on quest, boy meets star, gets floppy hair, fights wrinkly Pfeiffer. DeNiro is genius. In a frock. Take That!
