Remember a while back when I was asking what those blue flags with the white stars were that had sprung up on nice cars all over the southside? Turned out they were supporters of St Mary’s Rugby Club. Was on the bus through Rathmines this morning and, Triumph Of The Will stylee, they’re on every lamppost down the main street. Are they planning on moving from humble rugby club to military takeover force? Probably not. But that was the first thing I thought sleepy headed at half seven this morning…
