1. There’s the obvious inverted Clocks riff but you can also find the same chord progression as Jordin Sparks’ No Air. Mix it together with a generic flanging dance beat and, boom, top ten hit.

2. Lol. Thanks for the post Rick. I feel special having a post all to myself. And I stick by my guns. It *does* sound like Coldplay to begin with!!! Watch out Kelly, they’re gonna sue to make up for them being sued by everyone for Viva La Vida!
