Me, Gavin Duffy from Dragon’s Den and local TD Mary Mitchell O’Connor will be cooking in Dalkey for whoever comes along in a charity night I’ve organised for the charity I’m patron of – Epilepsy Ireland.

Pan-fried Irish breast of chicken with wild mushroom risotto, cep sauce, parmesan shavings

Monkfish, prawn and smoked bacon skewer with spiced saffron-spiced quinoa, samphire, baby spinach, oven-dried tomato

Summer berry trifle
