4 days ago by therickoshea So, finished. I feel genuinely ashamed that I've never read Niall Williams before. This is out in a few weeks and set in a tiny village in Clare as rural electrification arrives. It's funny, insightful, gorgeously full of language and, in Faha, he creates somewhere as vivid as Joyce's Dublin or Kevin Barry's Bohane. It was a totally unexpected joy and I was bowled over by it. #bookstagram #ROSBC
