Went to see Ruth do 10 minutes of stand up last night for charity. She was understandably terrified and great all at the same time. It gave me an idea. As part of my new “try everything once” philosophy I think I should have a crack at it. So if you see me at an open mic night at some point under an assumed name don’t blow my cover.

Most embarrassing moment of the evening? Me being first up to win a prize in the raffle. I would have just pretended it wasn’t me but I’ve never won anything in my life before so there was no way I was going to let a bottle of Jameson slip through my fingers 🙂
