So it’s been a hectic day and we haven’t even eaten yet and the show is on in 20 minutes – aaaaggghhh! The sacrifices we make for the good of you the listener.

Anyway, what’s in store tonight? Everyone is talking about Big Brother and the fact that four of the contestants who have been evicted have been allowed back into the competition… thankfully I haven’t wasted any of my (very) hard-earned cash on voting this year but if you have and you’re not very happy about Nikki, Lea, Mikey and Grace getting a second chance at winning the cash then we’d love to hear from you…

Tune in to find out you’re a “grup” (Rick is definitely one but I’m not telling what it is, you’ll just have to listen to the show). We’ll also be talking to David Mitchell of Fair City fame (he plays Jimmy Doyle) about a charity bike run he’s planning, and in the final hour I’ll be confessing all to Rick about my TV guilty pleasures – why I continually allow myself to be publicly humiliated in this fashion I do not know.
