boeing staff must love when things like this happen.
Bollocks! All pilots will crab into the wind when it’s quartering like that.It’s not at all obvious when you’re in the back. A sharp gust could have exceeded the planes crosswind component (max wind speed recommended by the manufacturer)and force the go around.
Or so the captain told me after he changed his trousers.
